The template's AmznSell Transactions View tab pulls every Amazon Seller transaction for the period you set on the Instructions cover through Amalgam. Formula columns beside the download turn each line into something you can report on: a real purchase date and month, the product, gross sales (product sales plus shipping and gift wrap credits), promotional discounts, net sales, Amazon's selling, FBA and other fees, net payout, units sold and refunds.
Two report tabs read from that data. SKU Insights breaks sales down by product, with gross sales, discounts, net sales, units sold, refunds and each product's share of net sales. Payout Insights splits the same period by transaction type to show the fees Amazon takes and what actually lands in the bank.
Both are formula tables rather than pivots, so there's nothing to refresh. Pick a month, marketplace and transaction or fulfillment type in the yellow filter cells and the tables rebuild themselves. Set new dates and run the download again each period to reuse it.
