The template's Inventory Adjustments tab connects to QuickBooks through Amalgam, so you can load quantity adjustments in a spreadsheet and sync them straight into QuickBooks Online instead of keying each one in by hand. A hidden lookup tab pulls in your accounts, classes, items and SKUs, which feed the dropdowns and checks on the main tab.
Type or pick a SKU and the workbook finds the matching QuickBooks item for you. It matches on SKU, on item name, and on SKUs embedded in item names, and lets you set a preferred parent prefix when the same product lives under more than one category. A check column says OK when the match is clean, flags a SKU that's shared by several items so you can confirm the right one, and tells you when a SKU can't be found so you can pick the item by hand.
Fill in the date, memo, adjustment account and quantity difference for each line, set the action to UPLOAD, and sync from the Amalgam sidebar. Each adjustment posts to QuickBooks with its ID and sync token written back to the sheet, so you can see exactly what went through.
To use it for another client, relink the Inventory Adjustments tab to a different company in the Amalgam sidebar and paste the new hidden tab name onto the Instructions tab. Every lookup updates on its own.
