Log into Your Amalgam Account

Access Your Account Settings
Once you’re logged in, navigate to your account settings. You can find this by clicking on the name of your organization in the top right hand corner of the screen. If you do not see a “my team” option under this menu, then you are not an admin of your team, and you will not be able to proceed with the cancellation.

In your account settings, look for the billing section in the left-hand menu. In the billing screen, there is an account cancellation menu that you can open by clicking on it.
